How we’re adapting to the new normal The safety of our customers and employees remains our priority as we continue to adapt our services during this time. We have put in place a series of robust procedures, which we will be constantly reviewing to maintain the highest standards in safety: All crew members have been issued with their own personal protective equipment (PPE) including; medical face masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitiser. Social distancing and contact tracing Our staff are following social distancing practices and maintaining a two metre (six feet) distance from customers as much as possible. Packing crews will remain in the same work teams to support contact tracing. We ask that you limit your interaction with Crown employees and recommend only one member of your household be present during the move. On the day, please provide crew members with bathroom access so they can regularly wash their hands and sanitize. To reduce interaction further, we ask where possible the bathroom facilities be for the use of the crew only. What we ask from our customers We recommend a deep clean of your home, and goods in preparation of packing day. Whilst interacting with our crews we recommend wearing a face mask. Anyone in a high risk health category we suggest should not be present during the move. We ask that no other trades people be in the property during your packing day with us. Breakable items such as china and glass will be packed by our crew on the day.
