There are so many intricate factors such as flight availability and restrictions, veterinary documentation, quarantine regulations, flight kennel requirements, timing, and boarding which can make it a daunting task for any pet owner to overcome. The knowledgeable staff at your selected pet relocation partner simplifies this process so you can focus on the many other things involved in your domestic or international relocation.

Our pet relocation specialists would be happy to help organize import and export paperwork. Review vaccinations and other pet documents with you and your vet and provide assistance at origin and destination airports.

Comprehensive door-to-door services, which include collection and delivery of your beloved pet between your current home and your new destination. Excess Baggage Assistance can also be arranged,  in cases where you, the owner, want to make sure you are on board and in control of your pet’s move.

On certain routes and certain times of the year we can have one of our staff members travel with your pet as excess baggage or take them in the cabin. Certain rules about size and weight may apply but be sure to ask your pet relocation consultant if this would be an option for your loved one.

Our partners can supply USDA and IATA compliant flight kennels of various sizes to accommodate any type of pet.

For international pet shipments, customs must be cleared at the first airport of entry.  Our partners can arrange customs clearance at most international airports around the world.

Quaranting has got to be one of the most stressful aspects of relocating a pet, not only for you but for your loved one. Depending on the destination country arranging status updates may be possible and home quarantine may be granted for special cases.
