Crown Mobility Experts present insight on trends in mobility and examine new ways to plan mobility policies.
Sarah DeHayes, director, and Debra Stewart, project manager, both of Crown World Mobility Consulting Services, recently led an informative discussion on the future of mobility in a webinar entitled 'Dismantling the mobility paradigm'.
The webinar was presented by ERC (the association for workforce mobility) as part of its thought leadership forum, the Learning Zone.

Sarah and Debbie discussed approaches toward re-defining the role of the mobility practitioner, re-considering policy design and identifying market leading solutions to be applied in the participants’ relevant organizational context.
They used recent case studies to illustrate how the theory can be put into practice.
The webinar was extremely well received, with a very high attendance rate. Over 300 mobility practitioners registered for the event.
