Crown Relocations stars in upcoming film release Tokyo Shaking

  

We’re excited to announce our involvement in the upcoming French comedy drama film Tokyo Shaking, starring iconic French actress Karin Viard. 

The film follows Alexandra (Karin Viard), an expatriated mother who has recently moved to Tokyo for her career. However tragedy strikes when on March 11th 2011, the biggest tsunami Japan has ever experienced triggers the Fukushima disaster. In the movie, Alexandra is torn between following the company’s instructions and going back to her husband and children who are still in Hong Kong. 

In the case of life imitating art, we were happy to play the role of international relocations company, successfully moving Alexandra and family into their new home in Tokyo. It was great to be part of this experience and we hope you enjoy the end result. 

The film will be released in cinemas across France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Slovakia, and Czech Republic June 23rd 2021. Make sure to book your tickets and let us know what you think!
