Cycle to Raise Funds for Saigon Children's Charity

Saigon Children’s 25th Anniversary, Jamie Rossall, Country Manager of Crown Vietnam, will be joining the 8th Annual Saigon Children Charity Cycle Adventure on November 17 - 19, to raise fund for Saigon Children’s Charity (SCC). Founded in 1992, SCC supports over 2,000 disadvantaged children with scholarships every year, the funds raised, will contribute to the charity's school building, vocational training, scholarships and empowerment of local organizations.

This year, Jamie will join a three-day cycle adventure with a small group of riders, riding 300km through the landscapes of the central highlands of Da Lat, and then down to the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang.

“This will be my fourth year taking part in this event. Whilst each year is a challenge, I find the people involved inspiring, those who participate the ride and those who support SCC in their own personal way,” Jamie said. “By donating US$100, SCC is able to provide a year's scholarship for a child at the kindergarten/primary or secondary level. We can certainly help to make a difference.”

“As an example of what can be achieved by combined efforts, last year 24 riders have raised over US$ 75,000 in three days. I'd like to see us raise more money this year, help inspire others to take up the challenge and contribute to this fantastic cause. Your support means a lot to me.” Jamie added.
