You can either pack the items yourself or leave the heavy lifting to us and allow our team of experts to professionally pack it for you to international shipping standards. That way, if your plans change, you're ready to go!

Once packed, your POD will be transported back to our safe, secure, and fully air-conditioned warehouse for storage. Located in Dubai Investment Park, your POD will be available to you 6 days a week for free – just give us 24 hours' notice to make it available for you. 

As short or long as you need. After the first month, we charge by the day, so you’ll only pay for what you need. Once you’re ready to take your goods out of storage, we’ll deliver them back to you at no additional cost.

For safety reasons there are some items that are not suitable for storage. These include: 

· Alcohol and liquids of any kind 

· Food, perishable goods or plants

· Batteries classified as dangerous goods, and certain used batteries – including wet spillable lead acid/lead alkaline batteries (including car batteries), damaged batteries of any type.

· Chemicals, radioactive materials or biological agents or any item which emits any fumes, smells or odours. 

· Currency, deeds, securities, gold coins and bars - these items are better placed in a bank’s safe deposit box for enhanced security.

· Controlled drugs, illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained. 

· Flammable liquids or solids– including acetone, alcohol, benzene, petroleum, lighter fluid, solvent-based paint thinners, removers, perfumes, aftershaves, varnishes, nail varnish or polish, enamels, firelighters, and certain adhesives.

· Gases – including flammable, non-flammable, toxic and compressed gases, gas cylinders for camping stoves, butane, ethane, methane, propane, fire extinguishers and scuba tanks. 

· Lighters, matches and refills containing flammable liquid or gas including butane and petrol cigarette lighters.

· Firearms, explosives, weapons, ammunition, or explosives. 

· Poisons, toxic liquids, solids and gases including harmful substances if swallowed, inhaled or by skin contact.

· Varnishes – e.g. wood, enamels, and solvent based paints 

· Waste, dirt or commercial/household refuse, toxic, polluted or contaminated goods.

· Weapons – including all firearms, ammunition, stun-guns, CS gas, pepper sprays, flick knives and tasers. Explosives - including fireworks, flares, blasting caps and car airbag components.

 Your POD is accessible 6 days a week, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We’ll need 24 hours' notice to make sure everything is ready for when you arrive at the storage location. Because we provide a comprehensive inventory of the contents of your POD, we’ll always know where everything is, ensuring you don’t have to spend time searching for items. 

Storage PODs can be returned to you within 48 hours.

Accessing your POD at our facility is free, but we require 24 hours' notice. For deliveries of specific items or the entire POD, standard delivery fees may apply. 

Yes, insurance can be added to your booking for an additional fee depending on the level of cover required. All our insurance options include cover for packing, transport, storage, and re-delivery. Contact us for more details on the insurance options available.
