3. We collect and store
Once your boxes are ready, we’ll collect, seal and transport them to our secure climate controlled warehouse.

Absolutely. Boxes are sealed upon collection, and a photo of the contents is sent to you for your records. Our facilities feature 24/7 physical security, CCTV surveillance, and advanced fire security protocols.
For safety reasons, items such as liquids, perishable goods, flammable materials, and hazardous substances are not suitable for storage. Contact our team for a comprehensive list of items that should be excluded.
Accessing your stored items is easy. You can access your boxes 6 days a week, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We’ll need 24 hours' notice to make sure everything is ready for when you arrive at the storage location. Alternatively, we offer next-day delivery options. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange for your items to be delivered to your location.
Our minimum charges are AED 95 per month + VAT for up to 3 boxes. Contact our team for detailed pricing based on the number of boxes and any additional services you may require.
There is no minimum or maximum number of boxes but there is a minimum monthly charge of AED 95 per month + VAT for up to 3 boxes. You can store as few or as many as you need
You can store your items for as long as you need. We offer flexible storage durations to suit your requirements. A minimum storage period of 3 months applies.
We offer one-time free delivery and pick-up of up to 5 crates per Store-By-The-Box contract each calendar year. This free delivery is valid after 6 months of storage. Please note that storage rental charges will continue to apply during this period. Standard fees may apply for additional delivery services. For detailed information on any additional costs, please contact our team.
