Ellie is our Sustainability Advisor and has been with the organisation for just over three years. She has led on a number of varied projects from waste and reuse innovation, climate training and procurement, to social value and community impact strategies.
Sustainability remains a top business priority for Crown in the UK & Ireland and globally; we are therefore delighted to have launched our 2023 UKI Sustainability Report!
Responsible business principles are at the core of Crown UKI’s growth and development and these are built upon a three-pillar strategy that covers our climate and environment, our business and our people and our partners and community.
By embedding these three pillars of sustainability principles into our business operations and making these a priority for the business and our team, we have taken great strides and are proud of the achievements captured in this report - including reduction of Scope 1 and 2 impact by 52% since 2019, achieving a Gold rating by EcoVadis putting us in the top 5% of reporting companies and inspiring 78% of our employees to recommend Crown a great place to work.
“As sustainability becomes increasingly important in the mobility and relocation industry, we have been working closely with our clients to better understand how to meet their needs. We have learnt a lot this year through proactive client discussions to help push this agenda in partnership.
Through playing our part with industry bodies and innovating our services with sustainability front of mind we achieved a great deal in 2023. As Crown continues its UKI and global investment in sustainability, we are helping to lead our clients towards making a positive difference when they work with Crown.”
Vicky Woods, World Mobility & Relocations Client Services Director UK & Europe Administration
